Why it is important for me to be a part of
Europe for Ukraine:
There is a great solidarity and willingness to help, but a lack of means and resources. For days we have been actively involved in discussions and various relief actions and have been connecting people with each other. I am personally very content with the numerous inquiries we have received in Austria and from other countries with the question: "How can we help? What can we do? One feels so useless."
That's why, with the help of my Austrian and international community, I set out to help my area, family, friends and colleagues, and to create the means for them to care for the people who are fleeing.
I have full confidence in us, and that we can show how a small community can make a big difference.
